Return Policy

At Thali Moments, we strive to deliver the best catering and dining experience. This Refund Policy outlines how we handle cancellations, refunds, and replacements.

  1. Event Catering Orders
  • Advance Payments: A non-refundable advance (percentage as agreed) is required to confirm bookings.
  • Cancellations:
    • 7 days before event: 80% refund of the advance.
    • 3–6 days before event: 50% refund of the advance.
    • Less than 3 days before event: No refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

 

  1. Individual Meal Orders / Deliveries
  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged meal, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
  • Eligible cases for refund/replacement:
    • Wrong order delivered
    • Damaged/contaminated packaging
    • Missing items from the order
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.

 

  1. Non-Refundable Cases
  • Change of mind after order dispatch.
  • Delays caused by incorrect address or unavailability of the customer at delivery.
  • Food consumed partially or fully.
