At Thali Moments, we strive to deliver the best catering and dining experience. This Refund Policy outlines how we handle cancellations, refunds, and replacements.
-  Event Catering Orders
 
- Advance Payments: A non-refundable advance (percentage as agreed) is required to confirm bookings.
 - Cancellations:
- 7 days before event: 80% refund of the advance.
 - 3–6 days before event: 50% refund of the advance.
 - Less than 3 days before event: No refund.
 
 - Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
 
 
-  Individual Meal Orders / Deliveries
 
- If you receive an incorrect or damaged meal, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
 - Eligible cases for refund/replacement:
- Wrong order delivered
 - Damaged/contaminated packaging
 - Missing items from the order
 
 - Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.

- Change of mind after order dispatch.
 - Delays caused by incorrect address or unavailability of the customer at delivery.
 - Food consumed partially or fully.
